SPL4

The 2025 Sport Parkour League World Championships (SPL 4) was an international parkour competition held from August 22 to August 24, 2025, at Origins Parkour in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It was the fourth EDition of the numbered Sport Parkour League (SPL) championship series.

The tournament was contested across three disciplines—Skill, Speed, and Style—featuring separate Open (Men's) and Women's divisions.

Several notable competitive milestones occurred at SPL 4:

• Audrey Johnson completed her second consecutive "double sweep", winning both the Women's Speed and Women's Style world championships in back-to-back years (2024 and 2025).
• Elis Torhall won his third consecutive Open Style world title (2023, 2024, 2025).
• Brandon Hooper captured his second consecutive Open Skill title (2024, 2025) and added a bronze medal in Open Speed.
• Renae Dambly won the Women's Skill world championship, securing her seventh career championship title and extending her league record to 12 total podiums.
• Siebe van de Spijker claimed his first Open Speed world title.

Qualification circuit

Athletes qualified for the world championships through a multi-tier global season, domestic championship affiliations, and automatic bids for finalists from SPL 3 in 2024:

• United Kingdom: Project Underground 11 (Rotherham, UK; March 2025)
• Europe: SPL European Championships at Hal 5 (Leuven, Belgium; April 2025)
• United States: United States Parkour Association (USPK) National Championships (Loma Linda, California; June 2025)
• On-Site Qualifiers: A last-chance open qualifier held at Origins Parkour on August 21, 2025, immediately preceding the main tournament.

Skill

The Skill competition tested athletes on technical movement completion across community jam, time trial, and championship challenge phases. Brandon Hooper defended his men's title against five-time champion Tim Champion, while Renae Dambly secured first place in the women's division.

Speed

Speed athletes navigated timed obstacle courses with electronic timing to the millisecond. Siebe van de Spijker took first in the Open division, while Audrey Johnson won her second consecutive Women's Speed title.

Style

Judged across Combo, Line, and Big Trick rounds evaluating execution, difficulty, and flow, Elis Torhall earned the Open Style championship, while Audrey Johnson captured the Women's Style world title.

Broadcasting

SPL 4 was livestreamed internationally via the league's official YouTube channel. Preliminary rounds were broadcast publicly, while the championship final rounds were offered through a pay-per-view access structure.
