Spiralmouth

Spiralmouth is an a cappella group. This means all their music is made completely with their voice although usually electronically enhanced.

The group is most famous for their original music for Vivendi Games's Crash Twinsanity. They also co-performed the soundtrack for Crash Tag Team Racing. And have a self-titled album featuring covers of songs by The Beatles, Sheryl Crow, Nine Inch Nails & Soundgarden which was released in 1999.

Live

Spiralmouth claim they "don't really do many shows these days. We spend most of our time in the studio working on various projects, but if you'd like to have Spiralmouth at an event, just drop us a line and we'll see what happens".

Spiralmouth is a unique collective of musicians. Drawing on their individual skills as composers, songwriters, producers and performers, they come together as an a cappella tour de force, combining a desire to make unique vocal music with a love of rock and roll. Influenced by a wide range of styles from Nine Inch Nails to the Beatles, Spiralmouth's Signature Sound is defined by raucous singing and inventive production techniques - an unapologetic departure from traditional a cappella music. Their self-titled CD debuted to much Critical Acclaim, including the Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards "Best Pop/Rock Album" in 2000, and features Spiralmouth's groundbreaking innovations in all-vocal music.

The future

Spiralmouth currently have no projects on and claim to be in "a kind of liquid state until the next Perfect Project presents itself".
