Every condominium in Phutthabucha 47 has six floors with four units on each floor. Each units have the same architecture and contain two bedrooms (one being slightly bigger than the other), a bathroom, a living room, a dining room and two balconies. Every condo has an elevator and a key card system for security.

Inside every different unit the tenant can choose to decorate or refurbish as they want to with the permission of the landlord. They can also ask the landlords to renovate the place before they move in. Adding as many air conditioners to their liking or furniture and other items. There is a swimming pool, a cafeteria and a gym all within the Phutthabucha 47 premises. There are also lots of cleaning staffs and gardeners who are always looking after the place every day. On top of that, there is an office where deliveries are kept in case one is unable to collect them when they are delivered. The water bill is also to be paid in the office. In addition to this, any information regarding the condominiums can be asked at the office. Phutthabucha road 47 was established on 1993 and has been welcoming international guests since 1998, according to the clerks in the office. Moreover, Phutthabucha soi 47 is a great choice for students studying in King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, as well as the lecturers who are from KMUTT. This location is also rated for the best value among all other Phutthabucha roads. Guests are getting more for their money when compared to other properties in this city. Although like most other places in Thailand, the language barrier can sometimes cause problems every once in a while.
