SkipDR
SkipDR is a tool for the repairing of scratches to the surface of compact discs and DVDs. The product is made by Digital Innovations. The product is available in the motorized AutoMAX, and manually powered versions. It is also sold as the GameDR. The SkipDR/GameDR repairs disks by removing part of the protective layer found on the bottom of most DVDs, and therefore shouldn't be used more than a few times on a single disk.
