Sixth Dimension (Ace Lightning)

The Sixth Dimension can also refer to the setting of the film Forbidden Zone.

The Sixth Dimension is a different world from Earth and a location in Ace Lightning. It is home to Ace Lightning, his friends and foes. Not much is known about the Sixth Dimension but it was presumably created by Rick Hubble (A.K.A. The Master Programmer), as was its life. One or two tiny details in merchandise suggest the dimension is highly populated by all manner of creatures. Known places in the Sixth Dimension are the Thunder Tower, the Carnival of Doom, the Junkyard of Despair and White Hot Oblivion. In Season 1, the Sixth Dimension hardly appears but shows scenes that are not featured in the game. In Season 2 of the programme, the video game is shown a lot, and Kilobyte is able to send people to the Sixth Dimension, including the Master Programmer and the science teacher Mr. Cheseborough. Many fans of the show believe that if Ace is destroyed, than the Sixth Dimension and all the inhabitants will die as well.

Locations in the Sixth Dimension

The Thunder Tower

The Thunder Tower is the home and headquarters of the Lightning Knights. Not much is known about the version in the Sixth Dimension but it is presumed it has superior technology to Earth's. The Carnival of Doom

The Carnival of Doom is the hangout for all the villains of the Sixth Dimension, owned by Lord Fear. In the television series, the carnival is actually the old Kent Bros. Rides in the carnival include the haunted house where Lord Fear hangs out, the tunnel of love, a carousel, a twister ride, a test-your-strength machine, a puppet show booth, a funhouse, a ferris wheel and a western-style miniature golf course. Duff Kent's trailer is also an important location. Duff uses an ice cream truck to get about.

In the video game, the carnival has a circus, a funhouse, a maze, a cowboy-styled canyon and a medieval castle, as well as the haunted house. White Hot Oblivion

White Hot Oblivion is an interesting location. Googler claims it is in Dimension Two and by the sound of the name, it sounds like some sort of Hell-like world. Ace imprisoned Googler within White Hot Oblivion a while ago before the events of the television series, but Lord Fear freed Googler. Ace, however, swears to somehow imprison Googler back within White Hot Oblivion.

Googler's Big Top

This creepy circus is owned by resident clown Googler who is freed from White Hot Oblivion by Lord Fear. The circus has three area: The Circus Ring, the Circus Walkways, and a large cannon which actually is a long tunnel down to a secret chamber full of TNT barrels. The circus ring is full of circus performers and animals who attack Ace Lightning upon sight. The Circus Walkways are High Above the circus arena and one false move can send a person falling into a bottomless pit. They can only be reached by a trampoline. The walkways are filled with wooden platforms, trampolines and rotating platforms resembling the heads of the some the villains. Ace battles Googler in a final match in the room full of TNT barrels which can only be reached by sliding down the cannon.

The House of Illusion

This funhouse appears in the Playstation 2 game. It is a section of the Carnival of Doom and appears to be the resident estate of Lady Illusion. The gardens contains a large Horror Hedge Maze that appears to stretch into infinity and Drop Down Well that has a lava-filled cavern at the bottom. The house itself might be modeled after the gingerbread house from Hansel and Gretel. Inside, the house is very strange. Giant life-sized sweets and cakes are scattered everywhere, the floors are filled with pools of acid and there are many giants spider webs as well. The house is also infested with millions of spiders, who might possibly be able to mutate other lifeforms by biting them. Their parents might be the giant spiders that hide in the attic. The staff members appear to be Either vampires or zombies, and appear to have been mutated by the spiders. Lady Illusion's chamber is large and white with odd patterns on the walls, with a giant crystal ball in the centre. In the game, Ace must battle Lady Illusion in her home to obtain a piece of the Amulet.

Cowboy Crossroads

The Cowboy Crossroads is a section of the Carnival of Doom in the Playstation 2 game. It appears to be full of zombies and dead creatures resurrected from Beyond The Grave. Here is Dirty Rat's old Rat Trap Hotel. The Nevershine Mine is a long and dark mine full of evil creatures. Ghost Canyon plays host to the old ghost town that is overrun with zombies and evil tumbleweeds. Crazy Grave Maze is a giant graveyard where nothing appears to be alive (at least not from originating from a grave), except an owl perched on a tree branch. The cemetery is home to Giant George Wayne, a giant cowboy golem.

Climbcrag Castle

Climbcrag Castle is a medieval castle built in the middle of what appears to be the inside of a volcano. Random Virus is hidden here by Lord Fear, and it is up to Ace to save him. The main area of the castle, the Fire Moat Fort is heavily guarded. Pig-riding yokels patrol the bottom level, while knights, wizards, two-headed monks and bearded maidens guard the upper levels and the surroundings areas. Also, there are one-eyed, demon ducks that patrol a hall. The Drab Dungeon is a hazardous place, full of lava pools, moving walls and floors and witches and prisoners. The Tumbledown Tower is a tower that seems to stretch into infinity. At the top, Ace must battle Random Virus.
