Silver Steep Partners was founded in 2005 by Nathan Pund, Robert Farinholt and Sally McCoy.

The firm houses a five member board of directors who joined Silver Steep Partners in 2007 and are; Sally McCoy President and CEO of Camelbak, Peter Metcalf CEO of Black Diamond, Jack Gilbert Founder of Mountain Hardware, Dan Nordstrom CEO of Outdoor Research and former CEO of Nordstrom.com and Daniel Blatt VP of Capital Guidance.

Silver Steep Partners advises companies and investors internationally regarding mergers, acquisitions and the placement of private capital.
