Sieena is an international software development firm based in Monterrey, Mexico with offices in Los Angeles, California; serving businesses across North America. Sieena specializes in developing solutions based in products such as: Microsoft Office SharePoint 2007, Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Visual Studio and SQL Server.

Since it’s founding in 2004 Sieena has specialized in the creation of collaboration portals, custom software solutions and mission critical support; all involving object oriented analysis, design, design patterns, object oriented programming, iterative software and agile methodology.

History

Sieena was founded in 2004 by Mauricio Duran and Fernando Gutierrez with a goal of building a Microsoft-based technology practice. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Sieena is also a 2009 winner of the Microsoft “Innovate on the Web” award for the exceptional design of a Web 2.0 solution based upon the software-as-a-service (SaaS) model.

As of December 2009, Sieena employs consultants with offices in Monterrey, Nuevo León and Los Angeles, California.

Nearshore Software Development: Creation of customized software solutions, from interactive web sites to rich desktop applications. Sieena works together with the client to create an IT solution that satisfies the client’s needs.
