Siddhant Vats is a leading Indian entrepreneur. Siddhant is the Co-founder of Androidly Systems and has been credited to have made the world's first Android technology watch.
Today, Siddhant is a popular Youth Icon. He represents the young generation of India on the global entrepreneurship market among top Business Leaders of the world. Siddhant has spoken at various national and international organisations around the world on entrepreneurship and innovation. He is a TED speaker and also one of the youngest members of TIE. He specially enjoys visiting schools and colleges to motivate students.
Early life
Siddhant was born in Patna, Bihar, India. His father and mother, both are Government of India officers. His father Sanjay Shreevats is the Deputy Director General at India Tourism, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. His mother, Ratna Purkayastha, is an officer with Doordarshan Kendra (Ministry of Information and Broadcasting) .
Siddhant has lived and studied in different parts of the world. His early education took place in Delhi and Patna which was followed by Los Angeles and Jaipur. He finally finished his schooling from London.
Philanthropy (Falak Foundation)
Apart from his company Androidly, Siddhant Vats is also the Co-Founder and President of his mother's voluntary organisation, Falak.
Siddhant has been instrumental in setting up an International Monastery (Wat Lao) in Bodh Gaya. He hopes that this will promote global peace and also increase the foreign exchange in India and contribute towards the economic growth.
Future Projects
Siddhant has recently Co-founded Styrag, Inc. along with his friend Rishabh Singh, a student at Brown University. The company is set to be launched in July.
