Sheikh Akbar
Sheikh Akbar (born November 4, 1993) is an American YouTube personality, vlogger, prankster, actor and singer from New York City best known for his YouTube videos.
Early life and career
Akbar was born on November 4, 1993 to Bangladeshi parents in New York. He attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice. In 2011 Akbar created a YouTube channel named "TrueStoryASA" with his friend Adam Saleh and in January 2015 they posted their first video which became viral. They split up in May 2015 Akbar now has separate YouTube channels named "Sheikh Akbar" and "SA Vlogs". He uploads public pranks and videos that describes Muslim culture. He made his debut as singer in May 2015 with a single "diamond Girl" featuring Adam Saleh and Mumzy Stranger. He has also appeared in 2015 film American Sharia as Osama.
