Shapour Mozaffari

Shapour Mozaffari (born in 10 January 1932) is a Enginner on Geology Mining, Phd Applicated science (Doctorat en Science Aplliquée). Graduated of Polytechnic School of Paris & Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris, & Enginner in Geology mining.

He was also the Vice Doyen of the University Technic of Tehran /Iran & High Ranking Official of his Majesty the King Shah of Iran, M.R Pahlavi.

Born in Mashad, in a Persian Jews Family, Shapour Mozaffari, left Iran in 1978 , one year before the revolution , and came & establish in Paris with his family.

He was the first Iranian Engineer who analysis & research the mineral rock of the moon bring back by the mission of NASA in 1969.

He is also the author of several books, as Les dimensions des gisements de cuivre du monde. & also Comparaisons economiques des gisements cupriferes mondiaux. & also Etude micrographique des mineralisations de salsigne.

He is now working on writing his memories. He is married and has 2 childs, Marina Parinaz, & Sacha Daniel.
