Shane Bluck

Shane Bluck is a founding member of FC United of Manchester and is a Manchester United fan.

Shane grew up in St. Helens and has been following United since the early 80s. St. Helens was in Lancashire when he was born there in 1971 and is an avid campaigner of the back to Lancashire movement throughout the town.

Shane is one of the founding members of F.C. United of Manchester, a semi-professional English football club formed by Manchester United fans following the take over of the club by Malcolm Glazer. He was once asked to leave Old Trafford for wearing an anti-Glazer T-Shirt bearing the slogan "Glazer Out".

"We can't just lie down and take it - I am going to turn up in my T-shirt for the derby game next month and I hope as many other fans as possible will join me. One minute I'm supporting a stable club and the next minute Glazer comes in and saddles us with loads of debt. Nobody wants him there and it is up to us to let him know that. The T-shirt was just one way to help me get my message across."

He appeared alongside Eric Cantona in the film Looking for Eric and has been featured many times on TV and Radio talking AbOUT Manchester United.

Shane has starred in the UK gangster movie called One Man and his Dog, playing himself in a cameo role. He has also made cameo appearances in pop videos, such as Hard Fi's I Shall Overcome.

Shane appeared in episode 2 of the TV series Road Rage School with his partner, Sabrina: "Meanwhile, bouncer Shane Bluck finds he's no match for wife Sabrina, who constantly bullies him into submission with a volley of abuse when she gets behind the wheel."

Shane is a senior staff member of the invite only Manchester United forum, Red Republik.
