Shagiya (kebbi State, Yauri) was a village between Kimo and Maburo on the main road of Zuru to Marrabin bin Yauri and was also under the district head of kambuwa under Ngaski Local Government, Kebbi state, Nigeria.
1 Tribes of the village
The village comprises different tribes of the following Kambari, Dukkawa, Hausa, Fulani, and Gelawa. The popular tribe spoken in the village was Kambari.
2 Climate
The rainy season is usually between June and October, however, rain sometimes starts in April or May. During the rainy season, most farmers favor harvesting their crops, planting crops, and repairing the farms. Festivals and commemorations dominate the rainy season calendar. Harmattan is the other season.

Their job includes rearing, mining gold (Artisinal Miners), and farming.
