Seventymm
Seventymm.com (Seventymm Services Pvt. Ltd.) is an Indian online movie rental service offering movies in 18 Indian and foreign languages. Seventymm currently has its presence in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi with Bangalore being headquarter.
Raj Sen, founder of Seventymm.com, also co-founded Karodpati Inc. He founded Rendition Networks and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. He co-founded Imandi Corporation and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President. Raghav Kher served as Director of Strategic Business Decisions of Microsoft. He presently serves as a Director of Seventymm Services Pvt. Ltd. He holds a Master's in both Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Investors and Acquisitions
It was initially self-funded but found investors in Series C funding, Matrix Partners and NEA India-Indo US Ventures. Seventymm has received a third-round funding of Rs. 50 Crores from NEA India-Indo US Ventures
In 2007, Seventymm acquired Madhouse, a DVD rental service based in New Delhi.
Awards
Seventymm has received PC World Award 2008 for the best website in the movie rentals category.
