Serdar Hotel
The Serdar Hotel () is a five star hotel in Avaza, Turkmenistan. It is located on the shore of the CASPIAN Sea. Opened in 2001, the first high-rise hotel in tourist zone Avaza.
History
The hotel was built in less than a year, in February, 2001, the built of the Turkish company "Gamma" and Turkmen "Balkanneftegazstroy".
The hotel was the first hotel in the national tourist zone Avaza. The inauguration ceremony was held April 11, 2001, a ceremony attended by Turkmenistan President Saparmurat Niyazov and Chairman of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan Sakhat Muradov.
July 21, 2007 in hotel held the first presentation of the future of the seaside resort Avaza, which was attended by dozens of foreign construction firms and investment companies.
Rooms, restaurants and facilities
11-storey building is designed for 226 guests. A wellness center, tennis courts, playgrounds, two swimming pools with sea water, sauna, professional masseurs and provides a variety of preventive services, a restaurant, cafe-bar, a banquet hall, tennis court.
The hotel became the center of a regular summit meetings, presentations and international summits.
