Sebastien Silvestri
Sebastien Silvestri is a French hospitality executive and the Chief Executive Officer of The Dinex Group, the restaurant business founded by chef Daniel Boulud.
Before joining Dinex in 2019, Silvestri held senior food and beverage leadership roles with international hotels and resorts, including The Venetian and Palazzo in Las Vegas, where he worked with chefs such as Thomas Keller, Wolfgang Puck, and Boulud himself.
As CEO of Dinex, Silvestri has overseen the group’s global portfolio of restaurants in North America, the Middle East, and Asia.
He has also spoken publicly on the future of hospitality, including at TEDxUWMadison, where his talk Hospitality is the #1 Opportunity in Today’s World addressed the role of the industry in shaping modern business.
