Sean Ogirri

Sean Ogirri is an American basketball player who was part of the Wichita State Shockers men's basketball team the made it to the Sweet Sixteen in 2006. He now plays for the University of Wyoming. Ogirri is famous for his 3 point Jump Shot.

Wichita State

During his tenure at WSU, Ogirri had a satisfactory performance. He scored 7.5 ppg and shot .375% from beyond the arc in 2005. The rising basketball star improved by having an amazing change of 12.0 ppg and .442% from 3 point territory during 2006. Later on, Coach Mark Turgeon thought that Ogirri was being too much of a "ball hog". Ogirri then told the media that AbOUT this problem. Ogirri said "I think my coach is making a very big deal out of me being a ball hog".

Wyoming State

Ogirri left WSU and transferred to University of Wyoming. In 2007, he stated off the season good but then suffered an injury. That injury made him miss all of the 2008 season. Then in 2009, Ogirri played great. He scored a lifetime high 14.4 ppg and an outstanding 3 point% of .442%.
