Sanicap
International trade mark that named the protection lid for beverage cans designed by the spanish company Surenso Smart Solutions. The Sanicap is made of PET and it is totally recyclable. The Sanicaps are manufactured and applied to the cans through the industrial system Sanicap Automatic System designed and patented by the same company.
Origin
Sanicap was patented in 2009. Its easyn to use, low cost and smart design solved definetely an historical problem in the beverage sector as it avoids the bacteria concentration, fungus and yeast that may appear on the upper end of the cans. The spanish patent issued for the Sanicap was registered under the number U200800064. It was also patented in several other regions as the UE, US, Japan, Russia, Mexico, Turkey, Brazil and China amongst others.
The comercialisation of the Sanicap started under the advertising slogan "Sanicap-Protect your Drinks", a brand with a clear statement and an international perspective. In January 2009 Sanicap opened its own Facebook 1] with the aim of making aware the world population of the need to solve the hygienic problem of the beverage cans after 75 years since the First One was launched.
Surenso Smart Solutions
The patent owner is the spanish company Surenso Smart Solutions, a venture capital company specialised in managing industrial patents with expertise on various industries and retail. Surenso Smart Solutions became leader in Europe in patent venture capital as this type of investment did not exist until then.
