Samanea Bangkok Market, also known as Samanea Plaza Thailand, is a wholesale market located in Bangsaothong District, Samut Prakan, at the east of city along Bang Na Expressway. It is currently managed and owned by Samanea Group, a developer based in Singapore. Designed by Pakorn Design Company Limited, Samanea Bangkok Market covers an area of 50,000 sqm and stores are rented out to small businesses. It is home to international brands such as Cafe Amazon and Goods Yiwu. Samanea Bangkok Market, Phase I of Samanea Bangkok - a planned mixed-used development covering a total area of 330,000 sqm - began operation in 29 August 2020. Phase II (tenant warehouses, staff apartments, boutique apartments) is set to begin construction soon. Shops in Samanea Bangkok Market are only rented and not sold.
