Bishop Salvador C. Payawal was the the founder of the Most Holy Church of God in Christ Jesus (locally known in the Philippines as Kabanalbanalang Iglesia ng Dios kay Kristo Hesus), a Christian denomination founded on May, 1922 with Bishop Teofilo D. Ora as the instrumental pastor and first Church Bishop.
