Saint Petersburg bid for the 1994 Winter Olympics

St. Petersburg 1994 was one of the bids for the 1994 Winter Games, and was to be held in St. Petersburg and Kirovsk, Murmansk Oblast, USSR. The IOC will select the host city for the 1994 Winter Olympics at the 94th IOC Session on 1988 in Seoul, South Korea.

Previous bids

St. Petersburg also hosted the Football tournament in the 1980 Summer Olympics.
