Saigon Technology (STS Software Technology JSC) is an offshore development center and software development company based in Vietnam. Founded in 2012 by Pham Tien Thanh, the company has established three software centers, and its client base includes startups and large multinational companies.

Saigon Technology specializes in custom software development, web and mobile app development, cloud solutions, and AI-powered services. The company began as startup incubator, building a people-first culture and contributing to the growth of Vietnam's ICT industry.

Throughout 14 years, Saigon Technology has grown from a small team in Ho Chi Minh City to an international tech force, with over 350 engineers. The company focuses on securing long-term contracts with foreign businesses.

In 2012, Saigon Technology was established with only 3 software engineers, focusing on web and mobile app design and development for Vietnam market.

In 2014, Saigon Technology won the first outsourcing contract from Germany and changed the business strategy to software outsourcing services.

From 2014 to 2016, the company grew up market on outsourcing field to Europe, the U.S., and Australia.

From 2016 to 2019, Saigon Technology built over 50 offshore dedicated teams for customers in Australia, North America, Singapore, Europe…

From 2019 to 2021, the company reached over 250 staff, clients worldwide, moved to the new office, and opened a software development center in Da Nang City, Vietnam in 2020.

From 2021 to 2023, it reached 400 staff, offices in Vietnam, the U.S., Australia, Singapore, and Switzerland, become one of the leading software development companies in Asia.

At Biztech Vietnam 2025 and Vietnam Asia DX Summit 2025, Saigon Technology showcased a telehealth application with integrated AI features.

From 10 to 12 September 2025, Saigon Technology represented Vietnam’s technology sector at GITEX Digi Health & Biotech 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand.

In the health technology sector, Saigon Technology has developed an electronic health record (EHR) platform that integrates appointment scheduling, payments, and online consultations. The platform has been activated in markets including the United States, Australia, and several European countries. Over a period of 5 years, Saigon Technology has been the core engineering team behind a U.S.-based healthcare information management system, which was later acquired by a Venture Builder in the USA.

The company is also active in fintech and automation projects across Southeast Asia. Saigon Technology works with businesses on credit scoring models, customer behavior prediction, and fraud detection systems, all powered by AI.
