Sacha Dragic

Sacha Dragic (born August 29, 1966) is a Serbian-Romanian entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist. He is the founder and co-CEO of Superbet Group and founder of Hellen’s Rock Capital.
Career
In 2006, Sacha Dragic partnered with Mozzart Bet, a betting company, and played a role in establishing its operations in Romania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia.
In 2008, amid an economic crisis, Sacha and his spouse, Augusta Dragic, founded what would later become Superbet Group, a betting and gaming company. In 2019, Blackstone Group, a global private equity firm, invested €175 million in Superbet to accelerate its international growth. The company has since been recognized as a Romanian unicorn and ranked 11th in the EGR Power 50 in 2024. In 2025, HPS Investment Partners joined with a refinancing agreement of 1.3 billion euros.
In 2019, Sacha stepped down as CEO but returned to the role as co-CEO in 2024.
In 2017, he founded Hellen’s Rock Capital, a family office that invests in fintech, media, healthcare, insurance, and real estate. The firm provides strategic and financial support to entrepreneurs.
In 2019, Sacha and Augusta Valeria Dragic established D Craig Holding to carry out business and management consulting activities. The holding company oversees a range of projects across sectors such as insurance (Eazy Asigurari), finance and investment (Investimental), media, real estate, and healthcare (including PartnerVet). Dragic also owns minority stakes in the Mozaik Investments fund and Certinvest and has invested in BVB-listed companies, such as Holde Agri. He controls D Moonshots, a direct and indirect venture capital fund.
Sacha has been recognized for his business intelligence including Business Excellence Award at the Financial Intelligence Awards Gala (2021), Nomination for Entrepreneur of the Year at the Business Review Awards Gala (2024), Ranked 11th in the EGR Power 50 (2024) for leadership in the global betting industry, and Speaker at Techsylvania 2025, recognized for innovation in gaming and fintech.<ref name":2" /><ref name":1" />
