Ryan Kaci (born October 1988) is a controversial serial Entrepreneur, well-known in France, Thailand and Dubai. Born in Paris, France in November 1988, Ryan grew up in France. Ryan left France at age of 18y to settled in the region of Bangkok (Thailand) and become resident of Dubai (U.A.E) in 2013.
