RPD International is a Design and Manufacturing firm founded in 2013 by a teenage millionaire and young entrepreneur, Josh Valman. After only six months of its establishment, the business was worth £1 million.

RPD operates a global supply chain of 100+ factories in 40+ countries.

History

At a young age, Valman was designing robots. But his practical approach has put him in charge of a business worth multiple millions. According to an interview with the Telegraph, Josh Valman mentioned the idea of a flexible supply chain. He said the RPD can design any product of any kind for any company. This is due to his idea of distributed creativity model.

Distributed Creativity Model

The distributed creativity model is the basis of RPD International’s business model. They operate a supply chain of people and facilities in over 40 countries. Each person is focused on a certain subject. RPD combines these people to approach problems in different ways. This supply chain also features over 100 factories, each can be combined to create reliable manufacturing facilities optimized fore cost, speed and quality, dependant on the customer’s needs.
