Roshana Jalagge
Dr Roshana Jalagge is a Sri Lanka-born Australian health-care executive. He is a co-founder and the chief executive officer of Roshana Care Group, an Australian provider of aged-care and health services.

Dr Roshana Jalagge was born in Sri Lanka and migrated to Australia.
He holds a background in accounting and later moved into the health-care sector.

Dr Roshana Jalagge began his professional career with a foundation in accounting; he started on in financial management and Business operations in an international shipping company before he entered the health-care sector, focusing on mental-health services and aged-care.

In the early 2000s, Jalagge co-founded Roshana Care Group with Priyanka Gamage. The organisation operates aged-care and related health services in several Australian states.
Current work
As of 2025, Dr Roshana Jalagge remains CEO and Chairman of the Roshana Care Group of Companies, overseeing operations across Western Australia, Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.
