Rohith Aurora

Rohith Aurora is the founder of Aurora Film Company, an advertising filmmaker, and a film director and screenwriter working in the Malayalam film industry. His real name is Rohith Narayanan.

Personal life

Rohith Aurora started his career in 2006 as an assistant director and an event manager. In 2008, he started directing commercials under the brand name Aurora. He has since done more than 100 brand campaigns for various brands and companies. In 2008, Aurora was associated with the A. R. Rahman Live concert Jai Ho and worked as the official vendor of Vodafone and Maruti in the same year. In 2011, he was part of an English film and in 2012, a Bollywood film. After that, he completed his film studies in Mumbai and Ramjirao Film City. In 2012, he started his own fitness and fashion competition in the fashion and fitness industry called Miss Kerala Fitness and Fashion. The winner of that year was actress Miya George. In 2017, the company was renamed from Aurora to Aurora Film Company. Actress Noorin Shereef was the winner of the Miss Kerala Fitness and Fashion Season 2 competition in 2017, in which many models participated. In 2022, a beauty pageant involving women from tribal communities of Kerala was organized under the name of Miss Kerala Fitness and Fashion. The winner, Anu Prashobhini, was crowned with the title of Forest Goddess. In 2025, Forest Goddess was held as an individual competition. It was considered the first tribal fashion competition in India. In 2025, the Miss Kerala Fitness and Fashion competition became one of the major fashion competitions in Kerala. In 2026, Aurora started producing web series under the banner of Aurora Film Company.

Today, Aurora's sphere of operations spans places like the UAE, Kerala, and Karnataka.
