Rodney "Kamal" Jackson
Rodney Keith Jackson (born November 16, 1963 in Colonia, New Jersey) also known as Kamal is an actor, rap artist, record producer and real estate entrepreneur.
Music career
Jackson recorded his debut album Suburbia in 2001 on his independent label Dapwati Entertainment. The album featured the track "Drive" which was produced by The Hall of Fame Recording Artist Chris Stein of the group Blondie. The track was included on the soundtrack for the Independent film Drive.
Acting career
Jackson has been in numerous independent films including Avia Vampire Hunter and Down on Your Luck. He has done background work on several network TV shows and major motion pictures including As The World Turns, Party Girl, Cadillac Man and Dead Presidents. Jackson has also appeared in Videos for groups such Public Enemy, Little Rooms and Mika B. He's also made a cameo appearance with the "Magnificent Bodini" on youtube!
