Rodick Road
Rodick Road is an aterial route in York Region or Town of Markham. The street goes in a north-south direction from Riviera Drive to Macrill Road, then turns in an approximately 70 degree angle and head into an east-west direction. The road terminates at Riviera Drive and York Regional Road 8. West of Rodick Road, the street is referred to as Hillmount Road.

Description, Orginal Purpose, and Ongoing Construction
Descriptions
The road is paved and completed, with two lanes per direction. The road is very busy at all times. Frequent traffic lights found here and there. However, there are 3 stop sign found, and one of the stop signs is expected to be removed by the time the extention of the road opens. The road's maximum speed is 50km/h.
Original Purpose
The original purpose of the road is to smoothen the local traffic travelling on Woodbine Avenue, and Warden Avenue. Until now, there are a lot of cars travelling on this road.Town of Markham is considering to lower the speed limit and create more curves on the road to discourage some travellers.
Ongoing Construction
Currently, the road is separated into two parts. One is north of Highway 407, the other part is south of Highway 407. Construction had been started to link these two parts together, by building a bridge across Highway 407. However, it is expected that there ill be no access to Highway 407 at Rodick Road.
