Rodbari (people)

The Rodbari people are a small community of people living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

They migrated from Rodbar, a small town near Bandar Abbas in Iran towards the end of the 1930s. They still have Irani nationalities. The Rodbari people are shi'ite muslims and live in the poor areas of the city. They mainly work as grocery men and make Irani bread, namely Wagafi bread.
