Roberto Cruz Alano
Roberto "Obet" Cruz Alano is a former Barangay Captain of Moonwalk in Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines. He assumed the position in June 2015 following the passing of then-incumbent Carlito "Doods" Antipuesto. Prior to his appointment, Alano served as a barangay councilor under the leadership of both Clemente Advincula and Antipuesto.
Early life
His educational background includes studies at the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA in Las Piñas, and he is an alumnus of Parañaque Municipal High School.

Alano started his political career as SK Kagawad and As of November 6, 2023, Dr. Jemelene "Jem" Qui succeeded him as the Barangay Captain of Moonwalk after winning the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections.
