Riesstiu IV

In the computer game Homeworld, Riesstiu IV was the last Emperor of the Taiidan Empire. He came to power by murdering his immediate family members and declaring himself emperor. His rule was marked by harsh oppression, tax revolts, and a general decline of the Taiidan Empire. Riesstiu IV was killed when his command ship was destroyed by the Kushan fleet.
