Richard Camidge was senior solicitor for the claimant company in the case of Oracle v Pinacle (2008) which set an original precedent in English Law regarding a Director's conflict of Interest in applying for an Administration Order. Richard successfully acted on behalf of the creditors in a contested application to appoint Administrators between the directors of the company and the majority of the unsecured creditors

As a Trainee Solicitor Richard Camidge acted in the Bankruptcy of Peter Sutcliffe, the 'Yorkshire Ripper' aiding the recovery of monies to pay to victims and the families of victims of the killings.
