Rewards for Justice Program is a program managed by the U.S. State Department to identify cash rewards for information leading to arrest or elimination of the top 25 [...] enemies of the United States of America.

Top 25 Terrorists

Current listing of the top 25 wanted individuals wanted for [...] (per the State Dept website):

1. Ayman al-Zawahiri ($25MM) - Current General Emir of Al Qaeda and former leader of Egyptian Islamic Jihad. Al-Zawahiri has been the U.S most wanted [...] since the death of Osama bin Laden in May 2011.
2. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi ($25MM) - Current Senior Leader of ISIL
3. Sirajuddin Haqqani ($10MM) - Leader of the Haqqani Network, based in Pakistan that has conducted numerous attacks into Afghanistan specifically targeting US and Canadian forces and deputy leader of the Taliban
4. Hafiz Mohammad Saeed ($10MM) - Leader of the 2008 Mumbai [...] 166 people including six Americans. Leader of the Lashkar-e-Tayyiba terror group based in Pakistan. Most wanted individual in India.
5. Yasin al-Suri ($10MM) - Leader of Al-Queda's Iran branch, and coordinates movement of jihad recruits, weapons, money and supplies across the Middle East from a safe haven in Iran.
6. Abubakar Shekau ($7MM) - Leader of Boko Haram, a major violent jihadists group based in Northern Nigerian and self-claimed province of Islamic State caliphate.
7. Abu Ubaidah (Direye) (AKA:Ahmad Umar) ($6MM) -Leader of al-Shabaab in Somalia, which claims to be a branch of Al Qaeda's worldwide global jihad.
8. Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah ($5MM) - wanted for his role on behalf of Al Qaeda in the 1998 United States embassy bombings, [...] over 226 and wounding nearly 5,000.
9. Saif al-Adel ($5MM) - Saif al-Adel is believed to be a high-ranking member of the al-Qaida organization and also wanted for the 1998 US Embassy twin bombings.
10. Hassan Afgooye ($5MM) - oversees a complex financial network to support terror activities of al-Shabaab's global jihad.
11. Ali Atwa ($5MM) - wanted participant of the 1985 TWA Flight 847 hijacking, resulting in deaths of many passengers and crew, a jihadist attack conducted by the Lebanese based terror group Hizballah.
12. Ibrahim Hassan Tali al-Asiri ($5MM) - Al Qaeda bomb-maker based in Saudi Arabia wanted for bomb attacks on several Middle East flights and an assassination attempt targeting the Saudi royal family.
13. Jamal Ahmad Mohammad Al Badawi ($5MM) - wanted for Al Qaeda attack on the USS Cole in 2000 that caused the deaths of 17 American sailors.
14. Ali Sayyid Muhamed Mustafa al-Bakri ($5MM) - Al Qaeda explosives and chemical weapons expert.
15. Ibrahim al-Banna ($5MM) - a member of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula’s (AQAP) leadership and has served as the group’s chief of security.
16. Faker Ben Abdelaziz Boussora ($5MM) - is an al-Qaida trained operative with declared intentions of becoming a [...] martyr inside either the US or Canada.
17. Ma’alim Daud ($5MM) - a key leader with al-Shabaab in Somalia, is responsible for the planning, recruitment, training, and operations against the Government of Somalia and Western targets.
18. Jaber A. Elbaneh ($5MM) - He is charged with providing material support to a [...] organization and conspiring to provide material support, specifically to Al Qaeda and fled the US in 2003.
19. Abdelbasit Alhaj Alhassan Haj Hamad ($5MM) - operative of either Ansar al-Tawhid (Supporters of Monotheism) and al-Qaida in the Lands of the Two Niles (AQTN). Found quilty of the 2008 [...] of U.S. citizen and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) employee John Granville and his Sudanese driver, He escaped from Khobar Prison in Khartoum on June 11, 2010, and is currently in Somalia.
20. Mohammed Ali Hamadei ($5MM) - wanted participant of the 1985 TWA Flight 847 hijacking, resulting in deaths of many passengers and crew, a jihadist attack conducted by the Lebanese based terror group Hizballah.
21. Yahya Abu el Hammam ($5MM) - serves as a senior leader of al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), planning operations and kidnapping Westerners in North and West Africa.
22. Isnilon Hapilon ($5MM) - a senior leader of the Abu Sayyaf Group, a radical Islamic [...] organization operating in the southern Philippines.

1. Gulmurod Khalimov - Islamic State senior member and recruiter - Former Tajikistan special ops colonel with US Special Forces training. Calls frequently and publicly for violent acts against Americans.
2. Khadaffy Janjalani = leaders of the Filipino militant jihad group Abu Sayyaf.
3. Jainal Antel Sali, Jr. = leaders of the Filipino militant jihad group Abu Sayyaf.
