ReviveMed can distinguish similar mass metabolites and correlate them to drugs, protein effects and the outcomes of disease. ReviveMed are working on untreatable diseases which have shown a good chance of treatment. is one of the first to use large-scale metabolomic data to treat these diseases. They secured $1.5 million in a seed round in 2018 and $200,000 at a Google machine learning competition. ReviveMed won the BioTech Award at the ExtremeTech Challenge 2018.

Leila Pirhaji is an Iranian scientist and entrepreneur. She began working on metabolomics during her doctoral studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She studied the interactions between proteins and metabolites.
