Google maps is also utilized to show local amenities.
ReLogic joins Redfin and ZipRealty as internet-centric lower-cost alternatives to the conventional residential real estate agent model. ReLogic lists homes for 4.5% and rebates back to the homebuyer 25% of their commission at closing.
ReLogic's website and servies were launched in Denver in Spring 2007.
