Relationship audits and management
Relationship Audits & Management (RAM) enables organisations to get more from their business-to-business stakeholder relationships through Relationship Auditing, which has taken traditional client satisfaction surveys to a new level.
History
Relationship Auditing was originally pioneered in Europe by Carey Evans and Simon Rhind-Tutt who, in 1994, set up the consultancy Relationship Audits & Management (RAM). The business quickly expanded and today has offices in the United States, Germany and Australia as well as London.
RAM & Relationship Auditing
RAM's Relationship Auditing techniques and approach are now being used by blue-chip clients worldwide providing "actionable intelligence" on business relationships.
The approach is of benefit for both "service providers" who are looking to maintain and expand existing business with their clients, and also with "service buyers" who are looking to benchmark and improve efficiency from their partners and suppliers.
RAM has developed processes and systems which help organisations to accurately measure, manage and maximise the potential of business relationships thus making them more efficient, productive and more profitable.
A key part of Relationship Auditing is the Client Commitment Index which is a proprietary tool that benchmarks each stakeholder's relative commitment to the relationship.
