- 2005 Reasonable Software House Limited was registered
- 2005 Dec, Became a member company of Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks. Moved into 332 InnoCentre, Kowloon Tong
- 2006 Jan, Spread 1.0 was released
- 2007 Jan, Became Microsoft Certified Partner
- 2007 Jun, SERAP funding HK$228,000.00 from Innovation and Technology Fund approved.
- 2007 Jun, Moved into 304C InnoCentre
- 2007 Oct, Anti-phishing 2.0 was released, co-op with City University of Hong Kong.
