Rare Method Interactive Studios, Inc is a multinational corporation specializing in marketing. RMI is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

In June 2008, Rare Method was named one of Canada’s 100 fastest growing companies by PROFIT Magazine. Rare Method was ranked 93 overall with 670% growth over 5 years.

Alberta Venture Magazine recognizes Rare Method as one of the fastest growing companies in Alberta with revenue less than 20 million, 23rd fastest in 2005, the 5th fastest in 2006, and 2nd fastest in 2007.

History

Rare Method was formed in 1997 out of a number of local and US-based acquisitions. Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, the company went public in 2000, and continues to sharply climb, heavily expanding its service into online technologies such as .NET, Websphere, and providing some of the worlds largest companies with marketing solutions.
