Raphael Cloquell

Raphaël Cloquell (1956 - ) was a sedevacantist Catholic bishop from Filderstadt, Germany. He was ordained a priest on July 5, 1987 in Toulouse, France by Jean Laborie and consecrated bishop on October 24, 1996 at Karlsruhe, Germany by Oliver Oravec.

Bishop Cloquell has retired to private life and is no longer associated with the sedevacantist movement.
