Ranchers' Club Philippines
History
The Ranchers' Club Philippines was founded on August 22,1922 by Francisco A. Fronda, PhD12 and the first adviser was Valente Villegas, PhD3. The organization was patterned to the Round-Up Club of Cornell University in New York City. During the martial law- President Ferdinand Marcos regime- student organizations were banned. However,after that said regime, Dr. Ulysses Lustria rebuilt the organization. The organization is now known as a civic- organization and participates in various rodeo tournaments in the country. Moreover, all chapters are engaged in numerous activities, varying from rodeo competitions to extension works and outreach programs.
