QuisLex

QuisLex, Inc. is a legal process outsourcing (LPO) company that provides legal support services, such as document review, early case assessment, contract review and management, and M&A services to corporate legal departments and law firms. The company is headquartered in New York, NY and has facilities in Hyderabad, India and Chicago, IL.

History

QuisLex was founded in 2004 by attorneys from Skadden Arps, Shearman & Sterling and Sidley Austin. Since then, the company has expanded to over 700 full-time employees. QuisLex launched operations with the opening of its first facility in the Hitec City area of Hyderabad, India in 2004. As the company has grown, it has Undergone multiple expansions in the HITEC City area, including the opening of a 200 seat facility in 2009, a 350 seat facility in 2011, and an additional 25,000 square foot expansion in 2012. All of the company's India-based execution centers are ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certified compliant for information security and employ identical security measures and technological infrastructure. QuisLex also opened its first U.S.-based delivery center with the opening of an office in Chicago in Spring 2012.
