Pyramid can refer to two different things in Battlestar Galactica

Original Continuity

Pyramid is a card game popular amongst the Colonial Warriors. In The New continuity, the game has been re-named Triad, though the term has yet to be used on-screen for the game.

New Continuity

Pyramid is a team full-contact court with ball sport that May Be played professionally. It is very popular and many people bet On It. In the original continuity, a similar sport is referred to as Triad.
