Protoform x

A Maximal experiment that went horribly wrong. It was created at Starbase Rugby in the colony of Omicron. The point of the experiment was to clone Starscream's mutant indestructible spark, but something went wrong. This made the protoform extremely dangerous and destroyed the colony and the inhabitants were destroyed, except for Depth Charge. After this incident, Protoform X has escaped and Depth Charge went after him for this crime. After a number of stellar cycles, or years, Depth Charge finally brought X back to Cybertron and bring him before the Maximal council. He wanted X's spark destroyed, but the council decided to hand X over to Optimus Primal and his crew. This decision made Depth Charge very un-pleased and he told the council that Optimus Primal will blow it. After the delibrations, Rattrap and Rhinox were putting X into a stasis pod. The council told Optimus Primal to use his ship, the Axalon, to take X and dump X in an uncharted region of space. They were on course to do these assignment when Megatron and his ship, the Darkside, left Cybertron and were heading somewhere. The Axalon locked on the Darkside's transwarp signature and both of them went through a transwarp portal and arrive at Earth 4 million years in the past. Both of them exchange fire to one another and crashed onto Earth, but before the Axalon's cargo of stasis pods, including X. Months later, the vok has brought down all of the stasis pods while activating their planetbuster. It would have destroyed Earth if Optimus Primal did not flew a transwarp cell equiped stasis pod to the device and destroyed it. This set off a quantum surge that turn most of the local raw energon crystal into stable energon cubes with some of it blow up harmlessly. It also made Optimus Primal, Cheetor, Rattrap, Tarantulas, and Megatron into transmetal and created the fuzors Silverbolt and Quickstrike. It also tried to turn X into a transmetal without success. Much later, Cheetor was doing a reconaissance mission and found a big stasis pod with a big X on it. Cheetor reported this back to base and Optimus Primal told him to stay there. Rhinox said Primus help them if that thing is still alive when Optimus Primal and Silverbolt left the base. The Maximals are, unfortuanately, not the only that notice the stasis pod. Megatron sent both Waspinator and Blackarachnia to get the pod. Tarantulas also notice the pod and went there himself. At the location, Optimus Primal told Silverbolt the sad truth behind Protoform X, before the Predacons came declared the pod contents belong to the Predacon when Optimus Primal told them that the protoform is dead and its spark has expired. It was during the battle, some energon blew up and caused everyone to be sucked in an energon storm, as well as Protoform X. At the battle Cheetor and Optimus Primal went back to base after trying to communicate with Silverbolt and failed. Slverbolt and Blackarachnia crashed in the spot and made a temporary truce between each other. Tarantulus crashed in the vicinity of Protoform X and faced an unimagine horror. Later, Optimus Primal, Cheetor, Silverbolt, and Blackarachnia came to face Protoform X, who is now Rampage. They manage to defeat him and left back to their respective bases for repairs. Moments later, Megatron came with an energon blade to cut off a piece of his spark. With this piece of the spark, Megatron can control Rampage by squeezing it between two blocks containing energon spikes in it. This made Protoform X into a Predacon in the Beast Wars and he stay like this until his death at the end of the series.
