Project Ares

Project Ares is an illegal project which is run by Lex Luthor in the TV series Smallville. Project Ares was created to make SUPER soldiers. Lex first collected DNA samples from the twins who possesses the ability to project and create force fields. Next Lex took DNA from Bart Allen ("Kid Flash") who was able to run at super speeds of 186,000 mph and vibrate through solid objects. Then Lex collected DNA from Titan whos super strength was greater than Clark's (Superman). Lex later created many 33.1 locations to find others with powers. After Lex took and captured Wes Keenan after being shot in Afghanistan, he gave him force fields, super speed and super strength above Clark's. After Wes was killed by Clark's heat vision, Lex set out to find a phantom, from the Phantom Zone, and infuse him DNA after capturing a child. Clark later went to Reeves Dam to accuse Lex of [...] Lana. The phantom then fought Clark, copying his appearance and powers, thus creating Bizzaro.
