Pride of the Nation Gold Medal Awards

The Pride of the Nation Gold Medal Awards () are the annual awards of Pakistan and are one of the best awards to honour the distinguished personalities of Pakistan. The awards were first introduced in 2004 by Mr Zulfiqar Ali Malik, President Journalist Foundation Pakistan, with a purpose to recognize the achievements of those who worked for Pakistan. The first award distribution ceremony was held on 7 December 2004 at Islamabad. Since then, the awards were presented annually.

Pride of the Nation Gold Medals are Journalist organized honour of Pakistan. It is the highest journalistic decoration given to any civilian in Pakistan based on their achievements. The award is limited to the citizens of Pakistan who have done great services to Pakistan.
