Prepare or Beware: Da Mafia Massacre is a 2007 mixtape by Memphis, Tennessee rapper Playa Fly. It was released on September 2, 2007. The album features songs that are to be on his upcoming studio album Mafia All Day, and this mixtape also serves as a prequel to it. The mixtape sports more than 20 Memphis rappers (20 of them are featured on "The Song"), such as La' Chat, Al Kapone, Thaistik and Qu Da Queen.
