Pranic healing
Pranic healing is a the name of an alternative medicinal modality invented by Choa Kok Sui that claims to use prana (energy) to heal ailments in the body by manipulation of the person's energy field. Choa states he states that Pranic healing is like acupuncture and yoga in that it treats the "energy body" rather than the "physical body".

Pranic Healing is a registered trademark of Institute for Inner Studies Inc, a company founded by Choa.
In 1995, Jack Ruso writing for Skeptical Inquirer included Pranic Healing in a list of alternative medical practices which were mystical or supernaturalistic.
