Porthill cricket club is a cricket club based in Porthill / Wolstanton, Newcastle-under-lyme. It has many great players but the best and most famous is Benjamin Massey who is the best bowler/batsman in the Midlands county.

The death of Porthill youth cricketer Nathan Butler was an impetus for the request from Cardiac Risk in the Young for the UK to join Italy and France in screening young athletes.
