Plans & Apologies

Plans & Apologies are an indie pop group from Derby, England.

They released their debut album Torn Out Pages From The Middle Agez on Artists Against Success in January 2003. This was followed by The Tree Dee Pee EP in late 2004.

The band have seven members, resulting in a richly layered guitar pop sound on many of their songs. The NME has described them as combining 'gorgeous lo-fi pop' and 'mental, near-metal riffage'.

In March 2006, they released a single on EXERCISE1 Records, entitled Spiderz In The Bar (Part II).

The band made their out-of-print debut album available for free download from their website along with a free download only EP The Free Dee Pee EP

The band have recently set up their own label called Pandaz Pop and released a new EP entitled Wirez, Man on the label in October 2006.
