Pizzeria Venti is a Boca Raton, Florida-based company of franchised sit-down Italian restaurants featuring up to 20 different pizzas by the slice and Trattoria style Italian food. Pizzeria Venti was founded in 2003 and has locations in 12 States throughout the United States and the Bahamas with expansion continuing throughout the Country.
Pizza al taglio
Pizzeria Venti brought the tradition of Italy’s famous Pizza al taglio or pizza by the cut, to America with its "Sliceria" concept, offering up to 20 different pizzas by the slice or full pan, baked pasta dishes, signature salads and regional Italian desserts. Seasonal specials are also featured. The dough for its pizza is made daily, on-premise at each location, using only imported water from Italy, Flour salt, yeast and Extra Virgin Olive oil. As in Italian regional cooking, the menu items are made with simple and fresh ingredients, no Fillers-no MSG-no Preservatives
Franchisee training in Italy
One of the most important components of the Pizzeria Venti Training Program is its culinary arts session in Italy. Their facility is located 30 km south of Siena in one of the most beautiful areas of Central Italy. Franchisees learn the traditions of Italian cooking and the heritage of the company's products.
Boutique Franchise
Each franchise location is designed utilizing certain common elements which clearly identify locations as part of their network however the company believes the characteristics of the area and the personality of the Franchisee must be included in each build out, thereby creating a decidedly un-franchise look to each location.
